Withdraw consent – You may stop using the app or request deletion of your account at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

Oddsgram is not intended for anyone under 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Oddsgram ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Oddsgram application.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Application is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Application are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

3. User Representations

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Application for any purpose other than that for which we make the Application available. The Application may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

5. User Consent & Acknowledgement

By using the Application, you expressly confirm and agree that:

You are 18 years of age or older.
You understand that Oddsgram provides sports analysis and informational content only and is not a gambling or betting platform.
You acknowledge that all predictions and analyses are based on statistical data and do not guarantee winnings or outcomes.
You agree to and accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use.

6. Tipster Verification Badges

The Application displays verification badges to indicate the verification status of tipsters:

Blue Badge (Verified Tipster): Indicates that the tipster’s account has been reviewed and verified by the platform. Verification does not guarantee prediction accuracy or financial success.
Gold Badge (Verified VVIP Tipster): Indicates an enhanced verification status based on additional platform criteria. This status does not represent guaranteed outcomes or betting success.

Verification badges are provided solely for informational purposes. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any tipster’s predictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oddsgram, its owners, developers, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from:

Your access to or use of the Application
Reliance on any analysis, statistics, predictions, or content provided
Errors, delays, interruptions, or loss of data

Oddsgram provides sports analysis only and does not guarantee outcomes or winnings. Use of the Application is entirely at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Without limiting the foregoing, Oddsgram does not warrant or guarantee:

That the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided
That use of the Application will result in financial gain or successful outcomes

Oddsgram is not a gambling platform and does not facilitate or process betting transactions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

Continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of this consent.

10. Account Deletion

Users have the right to delete their Oddsgram account and associated data at any time.

If you still have access to the application, you can delete your account directly within the app by navigating to:

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by submitting the following form:

Upon verification, we will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable laws.
